    PAYMENT

    Payment is due in full at the end of each session. You may pay by cash, check or credit card.

    I do not accept insurance. If you are using out-of-network benefits, I will provide you with a monthly invoice to submit to your insurance company.

    CANCELLATION

    If you need to cancel, please provide me with 48 hours notice. If I do not receive 48 hours notice, you will be charged your full session fee.
